I have some ideas of what to do for a recruitment kit for gm’s at cons/ at game stores.
-quick play rules
-pregen characters and several one sheet games
-Deck of negligable bonuses (Giggity Gigger attributes, Sweet Gear, stuff like that)
-Set of figure flats that resemble the PC’s and monsters
(all of this stuff should be able to be provided in pdf form to be printed out, and it is all paper so it should be cheap to send out if we do not want to do the “print it yourself” route)
My only issue with that is when you talk prizes you bring money into it, same as when you bring in shipping kits. This calls into question what MOC has excess of in stock if you are doing more than stickers, cost of shipping, what a reasonable price per kit would be ( that is not a loss for Andy but also within the amount the market can bear ). It is always easier to add more later than take away.
If we NEEDED prizes: buttons, bennies, or white wild die, and either a challenge goin or a special event dice bag for the gm. All are small, inexpensive and cheap to ship.
What do you think?
Personally I would prefer if they played for the love of the game.

To be fair, it was earning 100 clams to get a free Oithling shirt. If we make a quality quick play guide, that off, along with the card with the sweet art and there character could be prize enough.
We could make clams an attendance reward, possibly get more people involved in the forums if they get a con specific code (like the Facebook likes for 5 clams) Participate in a con game, and post in the forum where you were and who your gmail was and get 25 clams (something along those lines)
