Sorry a bit more… we are also evolving into a Fan Run Advocate group for Low Life. Next year we will be running some character generation and introductory adventures to try and get more attention for Low Life.
Are you guys considering G+ Hangouts or Roll20? This stuff sounds like hot poop! I’d totally game up some Low Life online with peeps.02/12/2015 at 8:33 am #47873
Usually we play on Roll20. Right now scheduling is the trickiest part.02/18/2015 at 12:48 pm #47988
Hey Joe, welcome to the jungle! We would love to have you Join MOUES! All you got to do is get this Character Sheet PDF (http://www.lowlife-redredged.com/downloads/BlankCharacterSheets/Low%20Life%20Re-Dredged%20Character%20Sheet%20Extended.pdf) and create a Novice 0 XP legal character and send the filled out PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org (Let me know when you send it and I will watch for it).
IMPORTANT SAFETY TIP
Save the PDF form on your hard drive (BEFORE you fill it out) and then open it from your hard drive to fill out. If you click the link and fill it out, the data won’t save with the form – it will be blank when you save it and you will loose all your data.
You can pick up the PDF of the Newly Released Low Life: Redredged here: http://www.rpgnow.com/product/143685/Low-Life-The-Rise-of-the-Lowly-ReDredged
Look forward to your character!02/19/2015 at 10:35 am #47991

Hey Shenron, I think you have some misconceptions about Living Low I thought I would address for you (and any one else who is concerned about time commitment)…
Beyond creating a character, filling out the character sheet and eMailing it to me there is no time commitment at all! You are not expected to regularly show for games – you don’t have to show for games at all!
It is not a living campaign in that the same players meet regularly and slug their way through a gynormous years long campaign. The idea behind the Living Campaign (Living Low ™) is a series of “official” games with some cohesion, where character advance is moderated by a central authority (me) in such a way that you (Shenron) can take your official, approved character (TBD) to ANY Living Low game run by ANYONE, ANYWHERE at ANYTIME and the character will fit into the game.
This is really to facilitate Convention games, but with the rules provided can be extended to home games because not everyone can get to cons. We dictate how characters advance, track and control it and that takes out the randomness of GM’s across the world administering in their own way – keeping the playing field leveled so to speak.
Sooooo long story short – no time commitment, but once your are set up you CAN play in a Living Low game should the opportunity present itself, you have time and desire to do so!
You can show for every game, every other game, once every month, once every 6 months or not at all should you desire!!! There is no continuity expected in that way. The adventures are designed for a single Con session (4 hours), but we have been having games closer to 2 hours in length necessitating multiple sessions. The only commitment we would request (for OUR gaming group) would be for an adventure – and there should be an understanding of what that would entail, 2 or three sessions. Now you don’t have to play with us at all – you can put your own games together or join someone elses, again this just puts you in a position to play should you wish to!06/10/2015 at 11:30 am #48142
