Hey, everyone. I just submitted an event request for the Star Wars X-Wing miniatures game. I’m going to run a “furball” event which is a multi-player variant for X-Wing. Instead of two people bringing a squad, the furball format has each player bringing a single ship (at around 30-40 points) and it’s every pilot for him/her/it-self.
You score points for hits and kills and if (scratch that… *when*) you get shot down you’ll just pick a new ship and continue.
I’m going to be providing all of the ships, tokens, and templates for people to use.
Hmmm, after going to sleep, waking up and seeing this, autocorrect has turned me into a creepy stalker person. What I typed was,
“Well hell, if you two are in sign me up.” seeing as I played Low Life with you both last year. I saw the Well hello, and couldn’t help but read it in George Takei’s voice, and thought “Goose this, it sounds like I am hitting on them.”
Also, there is way too little activity on the forum, thus the long post. We are doing clams by the word now right?
Sounds like what stupid high school kids come up with to show how badass there character is.
Related note (kinda) in a robotech RPG game, my characters were known to go through Zendradi ships in jet mode (requireing many piloting checks), proclaiming that guardian and battloid modes were for pussies!
Grats on Ding-hood ;). Its an easy game, fun and pretty quick – Check FF’s site, as I remember you can download the rules for free! Check out your local target. Ours had the base game on clearance half price.
