Help Keep Oddmall Free
Oddmall will ALWAYS have free admission, but your support makes it easier.
Oddmall: Emporium of the Weird (ohio edition) has grew enormously this year. Our May show at the John S. Knight Center in Akron attracted over 7000 attendees and more than 220 amazing vendors. It was by far our largest show ever and it completely justified the move to the bigger location. However, with a bigger location comes greater expense. Our costs for advertising, labor, and especially location have increased dramatically. We’ve increased booth prices to reflect the fact that Oddmall is TWO DAYS now, but we have no plans to raise them any further.
That’s where today’s news comes in. In order to help mitigate some of these expenses (and increase our ad budget, produce more Oddmall merchandise, and pay for various other things that attract people to Oddmall) I have launched a Kickstarter campaign at www.keepoddmallfree.info.
Please take a moment to check it out and see if it’s something you can get behind. Thanks again for your continued support.
